Ray Moore is husband and father of 7. He has 3 biological children and 4 adopted children. He is a retired teacher, Trauma Competent Caregiving Instructor & Trainer of Trainers, and co-leader of the Empty Chair ministry at Fellowship Community Church in Salem, VA. He travels biannually to Guatemala.
Kelli and her husband, Ray, have been happily married for over a decade. She is the mother of four and the co-creator and leader of the Empty Chair Ministry at Fellowship Community Church in Salem, VA. Their ministry serves approximately 100 adopting and fostering families, has two global partnerships, and an established mentoring program.
Steve Martin is a father and community leader in local foster care. He is passionate about supporting vulnerable children locally and abroad. He travels annually to Guatemala and serves the children in a rural orphanage, as well as serves as a mentor locally to kids in residential foster care. We are excited to have him as part of our team.
Becca Crockett is a wife and a mother. She has two biological children and one adopted. She is a past foster parent, and has a passionate heart for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children around the world.
Adam Stultz is a husband and father to two biological children and two adopted children. He is the associate pastor at Summerdean Church of the Brethren in Roanoke VA. He has helped lead the way in the establishment of the Emmanuel Training Center in DR of Congo. He has a passion for helping churches live out their calling.
Chasity Fitzpatrick is a wife and mother. She has served in the fostering and adopting world for her career, currently working with the Virginia Department of Social Services. She is a passionate advocate for the wellbeing of families and for strong communities.
